Jabal Al Wadi Printing has a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return under the following condition:
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, you may request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in the same condition that you received it
The item must be unused and in its original packaging
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
Printed items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless you receive the wrong item.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.

In this case, a refund will not be processed, and the correct item will be delivered instead.
